Cartoonists Respond to the Charlie Hebdo Atrocity

I've seen a few of these around the web, but the best are all on this round-up:

How anyone could worship a god that can't take a joke is beyond me. Shouldn't Mohammed be able to brush off insults?

Wrong dude!! I am sure that allah like yeowWay has a sense of humor or looking at the world a psychotic sense of humor, but they are being punished for making fun of the karan teachings and the made up dude Mo.

Religion should be as open to criticism and ridicule as other groups are. We, our family, our community, country and the whole damn world is working against progress by pandering to them.

True Woody but how do you do this?? Remember the USA can do this because we had a group of enlighten people - Jefferson-Franklin-Washington-etc -- That set it up for us to do so. England JUST got rid of their stupid blasphemy laws, and almost every one else has one of some sort. So saying anything other than nice things can be a problem.
And even worse is the damned media cowards who blame the victim cuz they can't shoot back.

Charlie Hebdo in France and Jyllands-Posten in Denmark seem to have managed quite nicely, and their cartoons have been reprinted in many countries.

Blasphemy laws, like any other unjust laws, should simply be defied on such a widespread scale that they become unenforceable.
